Brian Lillie & Company's Wine Rating Service... a new kind of rating.

How does it work?

Our wine evaluation system is like no other. Three wines are randomly selected via lottery each month from those submitted before the deadline. The deadline for each month's review is the 15th of the month prior (i.e. March submission deadline is February 15th). These wines will start with a blind tasting. Of the three selected, only one will be reviewed and rated. Starting with a blind tasting assures that Brian's review team will not know the maker, producer, or importer of the selected wines. Wines are selected purely on balance and complexity compared to the others in the grouping. After the selected wine has been chosen for review, the next phase is a Riedel glass tasting. As firm believers in the use of varietal appropriate glassware, your wine will be tasted in its best determined vessel. Using the WSET systematic approach, Brian's team will score your wine using his proprietary 25 point scale. Your wine will have the most honest and most fair evaluation in the world. 

$60 and 3 bottles per entry. 

Why 3 bottles? 

One bottle will be used by the screening team to determine if it will be rated. One bottle will be used to rate if awarded. Finally, the third is cover our butts if one of the other 2 is corked. We would be happy to return any unopened bottles. You simply need to cover the shipping.

What you will receive in return:

1. A rating for each chosen submission on the Brian Lillie & Company 25 point scale. 
2. 10 minute virtual consult offering an explanation on why you received the score 
3. A professional bottle photo of your product
4. And those that score well will receive the Brian Lillie & Company template for POS to display your score
5. Live tasting to the entire Brian Lillie & Company viewership on select internet channels.
